Printing is more than just our living, it’s in our blood. RJ Graphics’ leadership is composed of close circle of family members:

RITA IANNELLI

Founder And CEO

Mrs. Iannelli started RJ Graphics in 1979 after working in multiple roles in the printing industry. Besides being the matriarch of a large family. “Mrs. I” has established herself a pioneer as the first woman to own and operate a print business in a predominantly male industry and has enjoyed working personally with long-term clients for the last 30+ years.

DEBORAH IANNELLI-PRINZ

Project Coordinator / Senior Estimator

Deb joined RJ Graphics in 1983 after working in accounting and customer service roles at other corporations. Deb is the project epicenter for RJ Graphics, and has first-hand knowledge of every print function in the shop: from estimation through printing, the bindery and delivery.

ROBERT C. IANNELLI Sr.

Sales Director

Robert Sr. has an extensive history as a salesman for multiple printing companies. Robert Sr. joined RJ Graphics in 1979.

ROBERT C. IANNELLI Jr.

Plant Manager

After working for 10 years as a pressman for a local publishing company, Robert Jr. joined RJ Graphics in 1986.

Second Pressman and Quality Control Manager

Robert is responsible for establishing and managing quality plans, developing standard operating procedures for specific work processes in Printing Services and providing an audit system to ensure associates are in compliance with operating and safety procedures. Robert attended Widener University and started with RJ graphics in 2009.

WILLIAM PRINZ Jr.

Prepress Operator

Billy is a third generation print professional with a strong background in the industry. Billy’s technical role makes him responsible for modifying and correcting incoming art to be print ready. William has working knowledge of project layouts and planning, the lithographic offset process, and is proficient in the use of software programs, Photoshop, IIIustrator, Quark Express, Indesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft products. Billy attended Widener University and started with RJ graphics in 2008.
